How do I create an account?

Download the LoveLuQ app from the App Store, open it, and follow the registration process. You can sign up using your phone number, email, or Apple ID.

What is a Cupid?

A Cupid is a trusted friend or matchmaker who can view profiles and make recommendations on your behalf. They help you find better matches based on knowing you personally.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also contact support to request deletion.

Is my data safe?

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption and security measures. We never sell your data to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

How does Emergency SOS work?

The Emergency SOS button sends your current location to your designated emergency contacts. Set up your emergency contacts in Settings > Safety > Emergency Contacts.

How do I report a user?

On any user's profile, tap the three dots menu and select "Report". Choose the reason for reporting and provide any additional details. We review all reports within 24 hours.

Can I change my profile information?

Yes! Go to Settings > Edit Profile to update your photos, bio, interests, and other information at any time.
